To help break the stigma of Mental Health and to be a safe place to hold space* for our Seacoast community and for those who travel in to try new fun ways to express themselves and tap into their inner child through art and motion!
*To hold space means to be fully present with someone for them to feel seen, heard, and understood with no judgment. —To be VERY clear we are a space that doesn’t tolerate entitlement / hate / racism / sexism/ discrimination — This also means we won’t let you step all over us — WE are a very small business operation and OUR boundaries and policies matter too and we deserve for you to respect our time and effort to be available to the public — Thank you <3333
