Reserving the lounge

Our boutique lounge is a great space to host a private and intimate time with family, friends, colleagues, or clients.

Birthday Party, Bachelor Party, Bachelorette Party, Divorce Party, Friends Night Out, or a Team Bonding Event or Just a Company Meeting!

Base requirement is 6 people (Max 50 people)

starting at a 1.5 hour base timeframe

BOOK UNDER THE ‘PARTY’ OPTION through our ONLINE BOOKING link ($390 which covers the base 1.5 hour lounge reservation and 6 participants for 1 activity, if you want to do 2 activities “double” your headcount, as we price per person per activity - 25 people max for 2 activities per person)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Let everyone choose if they want to do smash (1 room) or splatter (1 room). We will gather the finalized head counts and any necessary info 7-2 days prior to your stay.

Everyone will gather in our lounge upon arrival. We will make groups (max 6 per group) for your activities and rotate groups into different session time slots. While groups are in their session everyone else is free to drink (BYOB), eat, play classic card/board games provided, and socialize in the lounge.

Our lounge is a flexible set up, we can provide conference table seating or just high tops. There will always be a typical lounge/couch seating area for maximum comfort. A table area for a bar (beer and wine only) and food set up (handhelds and easy finger apps only).

Provided: Music (Spotify through Sonos so feel free to make a playlist prior and we can queue it up!), Napkins, Plates, mini forks, utensils, cups, and filtered water and other complimentary beverages.

RATES:

Down payment is $390 = 1.5 hour lounge reservation ($150) and minimum requirement of 6 participants ($40 each=$240)

Every extra 15 mins ADDED ON DURING BOOKING= $25 (per 15 mins)

Participants (7th-50th): $40 per person per activity DUE ONSITE

REQUIRED TIMEFRAMES FOR QUANTITY OF PARTICIPANTS

Booking Chart: MINIMUM REQUIRED TO HAVE EVERYONE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THEIR SESSION (add on more time for socializing between sessions, 30 mins to 1 hour extra on top of requirement recommended)

6-18 Participants fits in our 1.5 hour base timeframe

19-24 Participants will need an extra 30 mins add-on (total 2 hours)

25-30 Participants will need an extra 1 hour add-on (total 2.5 hours)

31-40 Participants will need an extra 1.5 hours add-on (total 3 hours) - participants must be half smash / half splatter to accommodate this size group

41-50 Participants will need an extra 2.5 hours add-on (total 4 hours) - participants must be half smash / half splatter to accommodate this size group

BASE TIMELINE ITINERARY (EXAMPLE)

Here is an example Itinerary for our base 1.5 hour timeframe with 12 participants (we will create you a personalized itinerary after you place your booking within 1-3 days prior to your stay)..

12:15 first group starts (max 6 people) 30 min session

1:15 ‘last call’ /clean up

1:30 departures
